We can play this game all day, guys.

I complain htmlspecialchars does not encode apostrophe, I'm told to use
htmlentities instead. htmlentities doesn't do it. The arguments claimed
against htmlspecialchars do not hold for htmlentities.

If you just close this without a good reason, you are quite blatantly
doing so simply because I opened it, not because you think the function
should not be changed. It's not big, and it's not clever ;-).
