Is there any way I can get the php_sockets.dll compiled with cygwin for php 4.3.2? I need it for use together with NuSphere PHPEd 3.2.1 which uses this version of PHP. I am asking that because this way I wouldn't have to try and compile it myself (download cygwin first), if it's compiler-dependant.
