I am having the same problem I can't get the form Express module to Initialize, just get a blank screen??? I can get it too work on php 4.3.4 but my isp where the website is uses php 4.3.6.. Obviously, you do this at your own risk, and you should ensure that you keep backups before making any changes. In the FormExpress file pntables.php, go to the second-to-last line, which just contains ");" (line 142 in my file). It is immediately beneath a large comment. Comment-out this line, and I found that everything works fine again. I am not a programmer but use PostNuke .723 to run my website. It runs on Apache/1.3.29 (Unix) PHP/4.3.6. It runs with PHP safe_mode Off and PHP safe_mode_gid Off. A module FormExpress has worked for ages - ever since the upgrade to 4.3.5 and now 4.3.6 it has stopped working and just delivers a blank screen. This happens every time, and does not happen with any other module.
