Bug description: strtotime('now'); doesn't work
Description:

the result from strtotime("now"); gives me only the timestamp from the
beginning of the actual day.
Reproduce code:

echo strtotime("now");
?>
Expected result:
----------------
1093854300
Actual result:
--------------
1093816800 -> 30.08.2004 00:00:00
