if you are getting error like Cannot load /usr/local/apache2/modules/libphp5.so into server: /usr/local/apache2/modules/libphp5.so: undefined symbol: htmlCreateMemoryParserCtxt upgrade/ install libxm2 to libxml2-2.6.6-3.i386.rpm. it will solve ur problem.
