Bug description:  Cannot access safearray properties in VB6 objects

Description:

echo $obj->arr[3];
on objects written using VB6 would produce the error DISP_E_NOTACOLLECTION
and not allow the data to be accessed.
The same object written using ATL works fine.

Reproduce code:

echo $obj->arr[3];

Expected result:
----------------
the value

Actual result:
--------------
a com_exception
