Docu people doesn't have karma to add it to php.ini, can someone from
source code guys do it?

This is now documented in the PHP Manual but still needs to find its
way into php.ini-{dist|recommended)

Changed to docu problem, 'cos it's not documented too. Probably Zeev
can tell about Just-In-Time variables initialization, as he was the
person who implemented it.

phpinfo() reports about auto_globals_jit, but this directive is neither
in php.ini-dist nor php.ini-recommended.
