I see. This is a prebuilt binary package (php-4.3.11-Win32.zip) - I didn't build anything myself. So I assume this would be a problem for this binary package maintainer, correct? Using the CLI version of php.exe does as well. However the CGI version correctly reports 4.3.11. Lookding at the build dates, it appears that the CLI and dll were not rebuilt. PHP was installed from php-4.3.11-Win32.zip.
