If I place the character "T" in the formatting-string of the
date-function the interpreter crashes, i.e. Windows reports that
php.exe terminated due an unexpected application error.

But php.exe returns a valid HTML-Page. There's nothing missing. The
timezone is displayed correctly.

I cannot find the "T"-character in the documentation. Is it not fully
implemented?
