from 'man getpgrp': "This version of getpgrp() differs from past Berkeley versions by not taking a pid_t pid argument. This incompatibility is required by ISO/IEC 9945-1:1990 ``POSIX.1'')." So this is not a PHP bug per-se. But we could check the function proto (0 or 1 parameter) in the configure script and pass the paramer if needed.
