Bug description: Reflection returns broken parameter name for
SplFileObject::flock()
Description:

Spurious "]" character on name of "wouldblock" parameter.
Reproduce code:

$reflection = new ReflectionClass('SplFileObject');
print_r($reflection->getMethod('flock')->getParameters());
Expected result:
