Also, in the page: 
http://bugs.php.net/how-to-report.php 
It specifically says to use English, I know that guideline 
pretains to reporting bugs, but shouldn't it also pretain 
to the language itself?

Yes, the documentation also agrees with the word "referer"   
but that is also spelled incorrectly, there is no such  
word in the english language as "referer". Isn't that  
important in a language (whether it be written or  
programmed)? I resubmit that this is a valid bug.
