Bug description:  strtotime () causes apache segmentation fault

Description:

if used frequently in same script, strtotime causes segmentation fault or
demages datastructures in memory.

behaviour like that i'v often seen in, for example, C++ applications with
memleaks/incorrect work with pointers/writing by pointers into already
freed memory.
