Bug description: ftp upload failed if curlwrappers are enabled.

The following code fails with "fwrite failed" message if php is configured
with "--with-curlwrappers" option.

if(!$h)
die ("fopen failed");
if(!fwrite($h, "asd"))
die ("fwrite failed");
