 New Comment:

Thank you for this bug report. To properly diagnose the problem, we
need a short but complete example script to be able to reproduce
this bug ourselves.

A proper reproducing script starts with <?php and ends with ?>,
is max. 10-20 lines long and does not require any external
resources such as databases, etc.

If possible, make the script source available online and provide
an URL to it here. Try to avoid embedding huge scripts into the report.

Description:
------------
hi!

i have a problem with php-cgi segfaulting when calling an url. i am
running apache2. this whole script is too big to paste it here and it
consists of a lot of classes.

i have a protected function, i wanted to add some debug code and apache
said that the childs died. so php segfaulted.

when i do an "echo" or "print" it segfaults.
but not if i do a "printf"... sounds very confusing

hope you can help!

thanks in advance, tim

Actual result:
--------------
# normal debug
