Ctrl-C will break execution of the query.
None of other methods are planned to be implemented.

The Oracle OCI Module doesn't support non-blocking mode yet.
This makes sense e.g. for cancelling SQL queries that run too long.

This would include support for OCIBreak() and
OCIReset() as well as get/set functions.
