PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure
Bug description: libphp5.so solution

Description:
------------
I just unpacked both version of php-5.1.4 ( tar.gz and tar.bz2 ). The
number of files inside are different !!! tar.bz2 has 13 files more then
tar.gz and tar.bz2 is compiling WITHOUT errors when tar.gz has trouble
with libphp5.so .For unpack i simply used mc ( mc-4.6.1a-5.fc4 ).
