Yes,files match - /etc/php/apache2-php5/php.ini ( checked 1000 times !
:)).I can change all other setting,except this.
Server API - Apache 2.0 Handler.
Can provide php.ini file and phpinfo() output,if this help to solve the
problem.

Is the php.ini file path shown in phpinfo() match the php.ini
file you've changes? Also, what SAPI are you using?
