Description:
------------
Compiling the latest release 5.1.4 configured with option
--with-xmlrpc raised two warnings in .../libxmlrpc/sml_element.c

at line 700 arg2 and arg3 incompatible pointer type
at line 701 arg2 incompatible pointer type

PLUS in .../xmlrpc/xmlrpc-epc-php.c

at line 691 arg1 discards qualifiers from pointer target type
There was also another, earlier, warning about a constant being too
long for an int - but I didn't have time to record the details.
