Bug description: emalloc error during making a zip on the fly

This is the following errors.
I have changed the memory limit in PHP.ini to 512M (The server has 4 GB
RAM), but it is no help.
Matched and Compressing E:\bb_dp\STB060314.TXT
Matched and Compressing E:\bb_dp\STB060322.txt
Matched and Compressing E:\bb_dp\STB060323.txt
......
Each of the TXT file is nearly 200M, and there is about 10-15 files to be
zipped into a zip file.
FATAL: emalloc(): Unable to allocate 266092661 bytes
