I am unable to compile and install cli and cgi versions of PHP.
Reproduce code:
---------------
./configure --with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql/lib
--with-zlib-dir=/usr/include --with-ftp --enable-fastcgi
runs successfully.
make" or "make cli" also run without error but produce the following
output

£ make
echo '\
\
echo '\
\
Build complete.
(It is safe to ignore warnings about tempnam and tmpnam).

Expected result:

I believe there should be binaries in the cli and cgi directories.
Actual result:
--------------
The command "ls ./sapi/cli/php" yields "ls: 0653-341 The file
./sapi/cgi/php does not exist." and there appears to be no binaries in
either the cli or cgi directories.
