This is now fixed in CVS, and a new version of the PECL package has
been generated as well.

Nah, no need to file another report for it. I'll take care of it.

Description:
------------
tzdata 2006p has been released, which includes a DST update for Western
Australia that takes effect this Sunday, December 3. (The legislation
only went through last week, hence the short notice.) As a result,
PHP's internal time zone database will need to be updated.

Should I file a separate bug on pecl.php.net/timezonedb to request a
new release of that?
