I just upgrade from 5.1.6 to 5.2.0. On old PHP version it's working OK and on new version it's not working. PHP is used as mod_php on apache 2.2.3. Apache is not changed between PHP upgrade. I test it on two different servers with apache 2.2.3 and 2.0.59. On php 5.1.6 it's working OK. If I try "include virtual" first php file and after htm file from directory with disabled php it's look like OK.
