i'm sorry but i must reopen the case. i tested with snapshot
php5.2-win32-200701010730 and i got this:

Isn't this the CVS Version you talked about?

Are you able to backport this bugfix? I think this is very important
and critical bug for older versions, too.

Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change

302.
