Description:
------------
When i call my page 'index.php' i just get a blank page. View Source
reveals "<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">
<HTML><HEAD>
<META http-equiv=Content-Type content="text/html;
charset=windows-1252"></HEAD>
<BODY></BODY></HTML>"

- i now what the problem is... there is an error in my code.
- I have php.ini set with
error_reporting  =  E_ALL|E_STRICT
and
display_errors = Off

OOPS - my bad - but i found many google's with the same problem - maybe
this can be posted somewhere as the answer!

Reproduce code:
---------------
<?php require_once('../connection.php'); ?>
<?php // this page
$action='new'; $title='Nombre por un CDR upload';
if ( (isset($_POST['Bins'])) OR (isset($_POST['Bmod'])) ):
        $title=fn_form($_POST['title'],'text');
        if ( ($title<>'') AND (substr($title,0,10)<>'Nombre por') ):
                if (isset($_POST['Bins']))
                        $q="INSERT INTO rrdefinitions SET title='$title' ";
                endif;
                if (isset($_POST['Bmod'])):
                        $iddef=$_POST['iddef'];
                        $q="UPDATE rrdefinitions SET title='$title' ";
                endif;
                $r=mysqli_query($DBlink,$q) or die(mysqli_error($DBlink)."
Q=".$q);
        endif;
        $action='mod';
endif;
// now draw the page... html... headers... echo's... buttons... etc
?>

Expected result:
----------------
To see the page with info from db, and buttons to Add, Edit, Delete
records, etc.

Actual result:
--------------
blank page with no php stuff.
