I am having the same issue even after upgrading the ISAPI to version 5.2.3. Actually I found that the problem happens randomly on a couple of users and on an arbitrary script. So far my configuration of IIS6 was as follows: Added the web service extension in "Allowed" in the IIS Administration snap-in, set php5isapi.dll as default ISAPI for .php files (on virtual host) and finally added the php5isapi.dll filter on the virtual host. To solve the issue I removed the ISAPI filter from the virtual host and set the "All unknown ISAPI Extensions" on "Allow" after removing the single PHP ISAPI extension. The problem seems to be solved for now. I can easily allow this since the server running the engine is not a public server, so I have less security issues about this. Previous Comments: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2007-03-08 12:17:38] timo dot kauppinen at sysopendigia dot com I also encountered a similar bug: only "-2147417842 (0x8001010e)" is shown very often. This seems to happen usually when updating page quickly. Environment is IIS6 + php 5.2.1 + 2 x CPU. Previous 5.2 (or 5.1?) worked ok. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2007-03-07 01:00:01] php-bugs at lists dot php dot net No feedback was provided for this bug for over a week, so it is being suspended automatically.
