Jani, it is not just me. I think there is pretty much universal agreement that this error_docref stuff is crap. We already decided to disable it by default in 4.3.2. We haven't discussed it yet, but completely removing it is probably a good idea. If there isn't agreement that it is crap, then I have yet to hear a solid reason for it not being crap. I initially thought it was benign and didn't really care either way until we started seeing all the misguided emails and lawsuit threats.
