Hi Andrei

We hadn't planned on unicode versions - our intent was to work
systematically through all the core PHP5 functions to increase the
functional coverage, the aim being to ensure that PHP5 doesn't get broken
(or at least, not unintentionally) when PHP6 is developed rather than to
test PHP6.

However - you raise a good point and it would be easier to write unicode
versions at the same time as the test is written than have to come back
and add them later. We'll look at what it would take....
