Have you heard of Unix? It's often said that it's a better operating system than Windows, and the majority of PHP developers use it. You should thus consider switching to Unix. Seriously: what's the point of your email? I know PHPDocumentor, and I like Doxygen better, period. Anybody else can use PHPDocumentor if they want.
