[PHP-DB] PHP + interbase connection problem

Can somebody help me out? I have some problems with connecting my gdb
file with PHP. it is giving me this error: 

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: () in
/home/sites/site156/web/columbus/ibconnect.php on line 9

What can I do now?
