Iīm trying to connect a UNIX-Machine (Apache 1.3.19 and Php-4.0.5) with
a Sybase Database on another Machine....
(The Sybase engine is not completely installed on this machine but I already
compiled Sybase-Support into PHP and it worked ...)
I can also use the isql-tool via command-line to connect to a Sybase
database
on another server (So, the Server exists in the interfaces-file)
But when I try this:
sybase_connect("SERVER","USER","PASSWD");
I donīt get a link-identifier back ... The Parameters are correct !!
What could be the problem ???
