you could complile the hole program instead of the rpm, just read
README.install from the php source tar file.
or you can install the other rpms that are lacking.
or even so, not such a good ideia, but you can force the installationg
using the command
rpm -i --nodeps phpxxxx
or
rpm -U --nodeps phpxxx
