Casy, try php.weblogs.com ADODB. It is a database abstraction layer that supports Sybase. (Among other db backends.)

Because I had never heard of it. It doesn't appear to have a sybase module anyways, and they appear to be separate classes for each database, whereas I wanted one for all.
