Finally got it to work. Guess what - my .dbf files were copied from an encrypted folder and so the .dbf files remained encrypted. Decrypted the files and now the script runs fine. Now it makes sense - whoever access the web shouldn't have access to encrypted files! Thanks a million for helping.
