Have you tried using @ in front of the odbc_fetch_row call? That will shut it up: PHP supports one error control operator: the at sign (@). When prepended to an expression in PHP, any error messages that might be generated by that expression will be ignored. I'd bet a twinkie that you get it when you have no more data.
