[PHP-DB] ODBC avec PHP

I want to use the function "odbc_field_type" on a linux mandrake 10 with PHP
4.3.7 with unixODBC et freeTDS

This function never give me a good answer :

Example of an answer :
Xÿ¿p [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED]@[EMAIL PROTECTED]@

Someone can help me ?
