That works, but it just throws it in to a big loop and fills up the file,
any suggestions?

}
$fp = fopen($filename, 'w');
fputs($fp, $new_textcontent);
fclose($fp);

I want to be able to have php read them specific pieces of info so I can
put them in to forms and update them via php.
