The version4\download directory used to contain some of the files that are referred to in the version4\win32build.php instructions. Though one of the files (number.tar.gz) can still be found in the base download directory, it appears that the bindlib_w32 has now vanished. Makes building on win32 kinda hard. I hope whoever deleted it can put it back or at least update the win32build instructions so that we can continue to use that platform.
