Previous Comments: --------------------------------------------------------------------------- [2001-01-17 03:57:36] [EMAIL PROTECTED] System is a Windows NT server running IIS and MS SQL 7.0. Using the DLL version of the PHP server gives an "Access Violation" when using mssql_pconnect. mssql_connect is more stable but still occasionally reports the error as well. In most cases the MS Web server needs stopping/starting to correct the error. Using the executable version of the PHP server produces no errors (i.e. change extensions to ".phx" and all is well and no crashes). I have tried temporarily using MySQL instead and no errors are produced. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- ATTENTION! Do NOT reply to this email!
