nope, theese are only templates for the php4/ext/ext_skel script
documented in php4/README.EXT_SKEL
use ext_skel to generate code stubs for a new extension and have a
look at what it gives you
and the php4/apidoc.txt and php4/apidoc-zend.txt might help a bit, too
