Description: LIBGD20 must be enabled manually in main/php_config.h
using todays CVS, the configure script successfully detects
libgd2
excellent!
(by the way... any eta on 4.0.6?)

the configure script doesn't detect libgd2 automatically
it is neccessary to put this in manually
#define HAVE_LIBGD20 1
