Works fine with
* PHP built as CGI, Apache 2.0.28-dev and MySQL 3.23.41 with bundled
libmysql on Windows
* PHP with Apache2Filter SAPI, Apache 2.0.28-dev and
MySQL 4.0.0-alpha on Linux 2.4.13 with
* --with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql
* --with-mysql
