Hello, Build succesfull on RH 7.1 (latest up2date), MDK 8.1, Suse 7.2, SGL, and custom box with all latest libs/kernel.
I used a modified version of Apache Tool Box to retrieve all sources :), quit easier. Notice that atb is really usefull to install to install several versions of apache/php/... on the same machine for test purposes.
