header() function doesn't redirect the browser to new location. Example test.php file:
<? header("Location: http://www.qnet.fi";); ?>
Nothing happens when opening this file with IE 5.5sp2, IE6, etc. There are no extra
spaces, LF's, CR's. PHP.INI has "output_buffering = on".
NT4sp6a, PHP4.1.0 (ISAPI).
