How can I retrieve the HTTP Response Headers using iPlanet or a
idependent SAPI function?
For example, supose there is a function called response_header()
If I write a script like this:

header("TEST_HEADER: TEST_VALUE");
var_dump(response_header());
?>
I would like to have a result like this:
array(2) {
["X-Powered-By"]=>
string(12) "PHP/4.0.3pl1"
["TEST_HEADER"]=>
string(10) "TEST_VALUE"
}
