I submitted a CVS account request via the web page (http://www.php.net/cvs-php.php), but I don't see a corresponding message in the mailing list.
Is the web page broken, or is this normal? We're using PHP in our web application, and I'd like to take off some of the rough edges from the Win32 version of PHP :). -- Preston L.
