My message was as follows: In this case, I believe it's necessary for me to request a CVS account with username devon to work on the Dutch translation as well. If this is granted, would it also be possible to recieve a commit account for the highlight_file patch that I'm working on, or would it be best for me to just put that one up for someone else to commit.
