It's not mbstring developers' fault.
It doesn't really matter who's fault it was, it's a fact that the
mbstring module caused this fuckup.
This would be the reason why it should be enabled by default.
Bug is reported repeatedly even if it isn't enabled by default.
Most importantly, person who patched didn't test the patch
well since it isn't enabled by default probably.
