Is this just starting? How long since your last configured? I just added two new m4 files, but they shouldn't get used unless you --enable-fastcgi, did you do that?

I get this with PHP_4_3_0 branch (with Linux):
/usr/bin/autoheader: Symbol `size_t' is not covered by /usr/share/autoconf/acconfig.h ./acconfig.h

I get the same result and this too (in both HEAD and 4.3 branch):

/usr/bin/autoheader-2.13: Symbol `uint' is not covered by /usr/share/autoconf/acconfig.h
/usr/bin/autoheader-2.13: Symbol `ulong' is not covered by /usr/share/autoconf/acconfig.h

The same problem is on Tru64.

And main/php_config.h.in is not created. (this does not happen with HEAD)

And not in HEAD either for me.
