I do not know Catalan and cannot check it myself, however I decided not
to ignore it and ask if anyone on the dev list could confirm that the
user makes sense.

PHP contains a bug in the Catalan (ca_ES) locale, as it has "decembre" for "december", 
when it should be "desembre".

It also affects to the abbreviation "dec", which should be "des".

Take this into account if you're coding locale-dependant for Catalan display 
settings...
